As always your comments are foolish and wrong. I am married but my wife never taught a day in American schools. She is Russian. Her son is however, active in the opposition to Putin. You have things mixed up. It is my former wife who was head of the Clark County teachers union. Especially with mouthpieces like yourself that helped implode the party with your antiquated ideology, and your personal infighting with GOP members, when you are not even a republican. Dear Dave in Tonopah, are you an idiot?

The whole gist of the column was that the Clark County Republican Party passed a resolution severely criticizing Repubicans in office. How in the world do you take from that action that the party is more interested “in supporting thoe in office”?

As for your contention that any reform effort won’t be directed or led by me, that’s true. I’m not a Republican any longer. So what’s your point?

I think we can write off the Clark County Republican Party as leading the state. And in fact the State Republican Party also seems to not be interested in leading the state. Rather both seem more interested in supporting those in office, even if those in office need to be replaced.

The Republican Party needs to reform itself. It will be very interesting to see over the next year where the true leadership of the Republican Party in Nevada comes from. Rural Nevada? Washoe County? A whole new group of grassroot volunteers?

But regardless of where it comes from, it is not going to be directed or led by Muth. And that is the truth.

Reportedly, Robert Holloway’s wife is a former president of the Clark County teachers union which is responsible for the crappy educations way too many of our children are receiving today. Plus, he’s a boob. You all can take his expert advice for what it’s worth. I know I do.

So it seems that Chuck Muth is pulling the strings in the Clark County Republican party even though he is not even a Republican. Last year Sue Lowden and Bernie Zadrowski wrote off 10 to 20 percent of the party and showed them no respect by abusing them and the state and national convention. This year Bernie Zadrowski is shaving off another substantial minority of the party with these resolutions. As the party shrinks because of stupidity, Republicans can look forward to being a minority in Nevada for a very long time. Don’t believe this? Ask Joe Heck and Bob Beers.
