I'm no Clinton apologist, but lying under oath is not the crime of perjury unless the lie is material to a crime. In America, individuals still get to lie to the government and the people without it being criminal per se. Though, I still think we should have docked Billie's pay and charged him rent for what he was doing on our time in our house. And of course triple checked everything he said. Hi Chuck,
