How dare you even give a second thought to prosecuting these young warriors. They have endured far more than any of us can ever imagine to be honored to wear the trident. Oh, then they had to prove themselves in advanced training, then jumpschool.... then more training. Then they are actually deployed. Ok, so we have several young intelligent, capable warriors doing a dangerous job... being second guessed. NO WAY! Perhaps someone got roughed up. Oh, that's so bad. America has been more than roughed up by terrorists. We can't have capable forces afraid of doing the job for fear of presecution or persecution later. Perhaps, do you think they were roughed up in BUDS? Maybe I seem a tad uncaring, however I am very thankful to have these willing and capable people on the hidden frontlines everyday.
