It’s buried in the fine print within the 2,870 pages of the governor’s “Executive Budget: 2009-2011 Biennium” proposal. He broke his own tax pledge Chuck Muth….. Perhaps Mike Wiley is hanging in there on the hope that more candidates jump in to divide the (human being) vote.
