The big news this week was the release of a list of prominent Nevada Republicans who have signed onto the Harry Reid campaign for another six, long years in the United States Senate.
I’m was neither impressed nor discouraged.
All of Sen. Reid’s Hollywood money and power elite endorsements won’t help him if enough average, ordinary independent Nevadans simply say “No mas!” Indeed, a small businessman and registered Democrat in Ely recently posted a sign on the fence around his yard which reads “Anybody Butt Harry Reid.” Nice. We need to get some bumper stickers printed up.
Anyway, the list of power elite endorsements this week prompted me to create a new website for “Independent Nevadans for Change” and include a page where YOU can add your name to a list of TRULY independent Nevadans who will vote in November 2010 for someone other than Harry Reid.
