As much as I’d like to be able to let candidates “pick my brain” for free (or the cost of a cheeseburger), there just isn’t enough time in the day any longer.
And if I’ve learned nothing else over the last 17 years in politics, I’ve learned that people don’t take the advice they’re given for free.
So yes, I will consult with candidates…but only on a fee basis. No more free brain-picking.
BASIC RATES: CHUCK MUTH
Copywriting: Press Release/Statement: $100
Copywriting: Column/Op-Ed (450-600 words): $250
Tele-consulting: $125/hour
In-person consulting: $250/hour (plus any out-of-town travel expenses)
Half-day consulting: $750 (five hours, includes working breakfast or lunch; your treat)
Full-day consulting: $1,500 (ten hours, includes choice of two – working breakfast, lunch or dinner; your treat)
